How we work
Dedicated teams, written scope
Everna Bookkeeping exists for one reason: bookkeeping is easier to rely on when the same people do it every month and you know who they are. Each engagement has a dedicated team head who owns the file and answers a direct phone number for ongoing support.
We work inside our clients’ own accounting platforms — Sage and QuickBooks — under authorized access the client grants and controls. Records, documents and reports stay where they belong, in the accounting software.
Everything is agreed in writing first: what is in scope, what is excluded, and what it costs. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted before it starts.
