For CPA firms
Bookkeeping capacity that works behind your firm
We handle the transactional work so your team can focus on advisory, review and year-end. The client relationship stays entirely with you.
How we protect your practice
Your clients remain your clients
Outsourcing should never put a client relationship at risk. These commitments are written into the engagement.
Your clients remain yours
We work behind your firm. We do not solicit, market to or take on your clients directly as a result of the engagement.
Agreed client-relationship protections
Non-solicitation and confidentiality terms are agreed in writing before work begins, so expectations are documented on both sides.
Managed capacity
We take on portfolios we can actually staff. Capacity is agreed up front rather than stretched, and we tell you when we are full.
Paid pilot on a small portfolio
Start with a small, paid pilot on a handful of files. You see the quality of the work and the handover before committing more.
Working method
Built for accountant-ready handover
Our output is prepared with a reviewer in mind, not just a ledger that balances.
- Work completed inside Sage or QuickBooks under authorized access you arrange, within the software’s own permission model.
- Consistent categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, and documented treatment of unusual items.
- Open items and questions collected and raised with your team rather than guessed at.
- Monthly files closed and summarized so your review time goes to judgment, not cleanup.

What you receive
The reports we prepare for your firm
Deliverables are agreed in writing as part of each engagement's scope. This is what a typical monthly cycle and year-end handover include.
Every month
Monthly close package
- Trial balance — reconciled and reviewed before anything is sent to your team.
- Income statement — for the period and year to date, with prior periods available for comparison.
- Balance sheet — prepared from a fully reconciled ledger, not an unreconciled draft.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation summaries — one for every account reconciled, with unresolved items flagged and documented.
- General ledger detail — consistent categorization against the agreed chart of accounts, with notes on unusual items.
- Open items and questions memo — anything we couldn't resolve raised with your team in writing, never guessed at.
- Additional period reports — such as GST/HST reporting summaries, departmental or class breakdowns, and AR or AP aging where those functions are separately scoped.
Year-end
Accountant handover package
- Final reconciled trial balance — the year closed on the same basis as every month before it.
- Full-year general ledger detail — so your review starts from evidence, not reconstruction.
- Reconciliation summaries for every account and period closed — bank, credit cards and loans.
- Adjusting entries posted as instructed — any entries your firm provides are entered exactly as issued and noted in the ledger.
- Supporting schedules as agreed — such as fixed asset listings, loan balances and payroll registers where payroll is separately scoped.
- Year-end open items memo — outstanding questions and follow-ups consolidated in one place for your reviewer.
All reports are prepared from reconciled data and delivered inside your client's Sage or QuickBooks file — never as uploads through this website. The exact report set for each client is agreed in the written scope before work begins.
